CrossLab project meeting on the road in Hannover
The fifth joint project meeting of CrossLab took place from 11 to 12 July in Hannover. The partners of the joint project, which is funded by the "Stiftung Innovation in der Hochschullehre" (Foundation for Innovation in Higher Education), met outside their home universities to present and test the developed CrossLab laboratories, which will be implemented in teaching and evaluation processes at the different universities in the upcoming semesters. The partners from the TU Ilmenau, the NORDAKADEMIE in Elmshorn, the TU Bergakademie Freiberg and the TU Dortmund wanted to stress the stability of their labs without having the chance to intervene if things are running rocky.
After the presentation of the different laboratory developments and the introduction of the different didactic concepts as well as the course implementations, we started to work in different phases with the aim to complete and improve all materials necessary for our evaluation as well as the improvement of the technical infrastructure.
In the final session, agreements were made on the evaluation process and further exchange arrangements between the partners. And so the CrossLab partners went to their respective locations to work on the completion of their different labs and to prepare for the next semesters, where the new labs will be implemented and evaluated with the aim of improving knowledge and being able to present further CrossLab results at international conferences and papers open to the Remotelab community and interested educators around the world.
